4.6.8 was released yesterday. From the release notes, it’s difficult to discern much difference between it and the 2013 release.

Fortunately, the resolved issues list clarifies things quickly. It chiefly describes issues that were encountered when upgrading to 4.6.7.

Happily, the compatibility matrix is mostly written to describe versions 4.6.7 and later — meaning there’s no net change to almost everything from a support perspective. The only difference is in its SharePoint product support: WSS 3.0 has been left behind.

If you’re planning to upgrade to 4.6.7, you might consider jumping straight to 4.6.8.
